Poor Vaughn doesn't stand a chance... the women have been planning his outfit for days. Which is funny--at least to his father--because he will spend his first Christmas Eve in no fewer than 3 outfits. "Planning" indeed...

The Whole Famn Dam was in town to celebrate the Eve of Christmas Eve... Dinner with Ricky & Roxanna, Tia Maria, Stefano, Grandma, Uncle Joe, Mimi, Poppa & Aunt Erin...

12/07 - FYI...

FYI... "Mimi" and "Poppa" were the nicknames Grandma and Grandpa Schroeter chose for themselves.















On a personal note, saying "Mimi" and "Poppa" makes me feel a little less like a man and turns my stomach... but my personal distaste and stomach distress aside, Gio and I have chosen to honor my parents' choice of nicknames--after all, they are getting old and cranky. And that's all I have to say about that.
